j8abc accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO Unibank, Metrobank, UnionBank of the Philippines, 7-Eleven (via payment terminals), USDT (Tether), and Coins.ph. j8abc reserves the right to add, modify, or remove available payment methods at any time without prior notice.
Deposits are made in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise indicated. The minimum deposit amount and maximum deposit limits are as displayed on the j8abc deposits page, which may change from time to time. Deposits are credited to your j8abc account after successful confirmation from the relevant payment processor. j8abc is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered under the same name as your j8abc account (as verified through KYC). j8abc reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, j8abc's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. j8abc is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity.
j8abc does not warrant that the platform will be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components at all times. j8abc shall not be liable for service interruptions resulting from scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, internet service failures, or actions of third-party providers.

Upon termination for cause, j8abc may forfeit any bonus balances and withhold withdrawals pending investigation. Funds verified as legitimate player deposits (net of bonus funds) will be returned to the player following the conclusion of any investigation, subject to legal obligations.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of j8abc that cannot be resolved through j8abc's internal complaints procedure shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts, subject to PAGCOR's dispute resolution processes where applicable.
Players are encouraged to first raise any complaint with j8abc customer support. j8abc undertakes to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days. If the complaint cannot be resolved to the player's satisfaction through j8abc's internal process, the player may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's Player Relations Unit.
